Phase and sprint-level planning

Each phase will have clearly defined objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned with the overall program goals. Within phases, sprint planning will break down work into achievable increments with defined sprint goals, priorities, and acceptance criteria jointly agreed with JPD.

Master delivery roadmap

A master delivery roadmap will be established at project initiation and maintained throughout execution. It will provide a clear view of phase timelines, key milestones, sprint schedules, and interdependencies. This roadmap will be reviewed regularly with JPD to ensure alignment, manage risks, and adjust to evolving priorities where required.

Tracking & Tooling

We will use JIRA for detailed task management, backlog tracking, sprint planning, and progress monitoring, ensuring transparency across all phases and sprints. Confluence will serve as the central repository for documentation, including architecture decisions, meeting notes, change logs, and knowledge sharing. Dashboards and reports generated from these tools will provide real-time visibility into progress, risks, blockers, and key metrics, and will be shared regularly with JPD stakeholders for alignment.
